Order Cancellation Policy
At NOORELUXECO (AHMEDTRENDZ), we begin processing your orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Because many of our items are made-to-order, stitched, or customised, we have a strict cancellation window.
1. The 24-Hour Cancellation Window

Timeframe: You have exactly 24 hours from the moment you place your order to request a cancellation.

Post-24 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order moves into the production and stitching phase. At this point, the contract is considered bespoke, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.
2. Cancellation Fees

Processing Fee: All approved cancellations are subject to a flat £20 cancellation fee.

Reasoning: This fee covers administrative costs and payment processing fees that are non-refundable to us once a transaction is initiated.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, you must contact us within the 24-hour window via one of the following channels. Please include your Order Number and Full Name for faster processing:

4. Refund Method for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation is approved (and the £20 fee is deducted), the remaining balance will be issued to you. In line with our general store policy, refunds are issued as:
